Accessibility Statement

Last Updated: April 20, 2026

Our Commitment

LVRS FRVR is committed to ensuring that our website and application are accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We believe technology that helps couples stay connected should work for every couple.

We design, build, and maintain LVRS FRVR with accessibility in mind at every stage. Accessibility is not a checkbox. It is a practice.

Conformance Status

LVRS FRVR aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines describe how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.

The Service is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partial conformance means that some parts of the content do not yet fully conform to the accessibility standard. We are actively working to resolve these areas.

Features We Support

  • Keyboard navigation across every primary flow
  • Semantic HTML landmarks and heading structure
  • Text alternatives for meaningful images
  • Color contrast that meets or exceeds WCAG AA for body text
  • Resizable text up to 200 percent without loss of content or function
  • Focus indicators on interactive elements
  • Screen reader compatibility with VoiceOver, NVDA, and JAWS on supported browsers
  • Reduced motion preferences honored through the prefers-reduced-motion media query
  • Light and dark themes for visual comfort

Known Limitations

We are honest about where we still have work to do. Current known limitations include:

  • Some older marketing pages and interactive visualizations have not yet completed full accessibility remediation
  • Certain animated or video content may not yet include captions or audio descriptions
  • Third-party embedded content (such as payment forms) follows the accessibility of that provider

We track these limitations and work to resolve them as part of every release cycle.

Assistive Technology Compatibility

LVRS FRVR is designed to be compatible with the following assistive technologies:

  • VoiceOver on macOS and iOS
  • TalkBack on Android
  • NVDA and JAWS on Windows
  • System-level text scaling on every major platform
  • Voice control tools such as Voice Control on iOS and Dragon NaturallySpeaking

Supported browsers include the latest two versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge.

Assessment Methodology

We evaluate accessibility through a combination of approaches:

  • Automated testing using axe-core integrated in our development workflow
  • Manual keyboard-only testing on new user flows
  • Screen reader verification on critical journeys (signup, daily spark, pulse check)
  • Periodic review by external accessibility specialists

Feedback and Contact

If you encounter an accessibility barrier or have a suggestion to improve accessibility, please let us know. We take every report seriously and use them to prioritize fixes.

We aim to respond within 5 business days. When reporting, please include the page URL, the specific issue, the assistive technology and browser you were using, and any screenshots if possible.

Formal Complaints

If your concern is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may file a complaint with the relevant authority in your jurisdiction. In the United States, the Department of Justice enforces the Americans with Disabilities Act. California residents may also contact the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing. European residents can contact their local data protection authority.

Ongoing Improvements

We review this statement and our underlying accessibility practices at least annually, and whenever we make significant changes to the Service. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the most recent review.
