LVRS FRVR is committed to ensuring that our website and application are accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We believe technology that helps couples stay connected should work for every couple.
We design, build, and maintain LVRS FRVR with accessibility in mind at every stage. Accessibility is not a checkbox. It is a practice.
LVRS FRVR aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines describe how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.
The Service is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partial conformance means that some parts of the content do not yet fully conform to the accessibility standard. We are actively working to resolve these areas.
We are honest about where we still have work to do. Current known limitations include:
We track these limitations and work to resolve them as part of every release cycle.
LVRS FRVR is designed to be compatible with the following assistive technologies:
Supported browsers include the latest two versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge.
We evaluate accessibility through a combination of approaches:
If you encounter an accessibility barrier or have a suggestion to improve accessibility, please let us know. We take every report seriously and use them to prioritize fixes.

We aim to respond within 5 business days. When reporting, please include the page URL, the specific issue, the assistive technology and browser you were using, and any screenshots if possible.
If your concern is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may file a complaint with the relevant authority in your jurisdiction. In the United States, the Department of Justice enforces the Americans with Disabilities Act. California residents may also contact the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing. European residents can contact their local data protection authority.
We review this statement and our underlying accessibility practices at least annually, and whenever we make significant changes to the Service. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the most recent review.
